I have encountered the same problem as everyone else. They charged my account before the so called trial period was over and when I called to cancel, I was given a cancellation number and told that my account was going to be credited. They never credited my account so I called back several times and was told that I was being transferred to the accounting dept, but of course I was always disconnected without speaking with anyone. What's worse is I filed a claim thru my bank and they gave me a temporary credit, but then reversed it. So far, I have been unsuccessful in finding out from my bank why they found that this fraudulent charge was valid. There has to be some sort of recourse for for this company. Should we reach out to Utah chamber of commerce???
