My wife and her friend attented the The Learning Annex in NYC on 11/18/06. She signed up for James Smith 3 day Training with support for $5995.00. She asked me to look up James Smith on the web and your site came up with a lot of complaints about this course. She would like to get out of this course but have gone over the 3 day cancellation period, would like to know if she can get out of this contract, not happy what we have read about James Smith course.
