I ordered and paid 20% down which was $13000.00 on 5 truck loads of antifreeze which was never shipped and they refused to reimburse my down payment Ripoff

I purchased from Charles Sawyer 5 truck loads of antifreeze, and paid $13000.00 down on these loads. The loads were never shipped and the vendor will not refund my down payment.

I have Email correspondence to document all of our correspondence on this matter.
