First they post an e-mail which doesn't work, to make you lose time, the telephone # given does not function either. Then when finally you get a way to send them an e-mail, you have to send them several of these before they answer. After this they do a great deal of asking for membership number, etc, as if your name only wouldn't be enough.
You emphasize on the fact that you never ordered any of the extra material, and you like them to reinstate the money, but they only tell you that you agreed for them to send you more material, which is ridiculous and a real scam.
When you give them all they ask for, it takes almost two weeks to reply, to tell you that they already sent four packages in less than a 2 month period, for what they themselves say to be a once a month sending. These are the kind of companies that make internet purchases corrupt, and of which the owners and management team should be fined severly and banned forever from the internet!
