How does one man create a business going back 10 yrs (20 or more if you listen to his dribble) and NEVER FILE either a personal or business TAX RETURN? How is it PETER FERRIGAN earns "millions" by his own testimony yet there is NOT ONE personal tax return on file for him? (ever heard of FOIL?). How is it this man can OWN homes, RVs, fancy cars yet have NO INCOME and NO TAX RETURNS to show prospective lenders? How is it there are NO LIENS on any of his personal property for all these unpaid taxes and unreported taxes? Here we have PROOF OF CORPORATE FRAUD, NONFILER FRAUD AND EMPLOYEE TAX FRAUD.
