Rip off, unauthorized deductions from bank account, multiple billings under different names

I ordered the GrantWriter Pro CD, but it was not at all useful or helpful - had basically no useful information on it - then all sorts if charges were made to my bank account by all 3 company names, monthly charges for either $29.95, $7.95 or $5.95.

Have called all of the numbers for these companies and requested the "accounts" be closed, and have notified my bank in writing that these entities are no longer authorized to make any charges against my account. I had placed the order just before going on an extended vacation, and returned to find these unauthorized charges on my account. The companies and respective phone numbers are:
