GSA/SBA Express, Pacific Merch Trans Corp, Asknet -Shops.com Fraudulent charges, unauthorized reoccurring charges, no cancellation methods, false advertisement St. George

Upon purchasing the GrantWriter Pro cd-rom I have been charged reoccurring charges to my bank account from its associates GSA/SBA Express, Asknet-Shops.com and PacificMerchTransCorp. I spent the $3.97 required for shipping and handling of the so-called free cd-rom and have been charged numerous times resulting in overdraft charges and lost income.

The cd-rom was thought to offer (what the site said)$99 worth of software but upon receiving and running the software, it only provided two links of which neither worked. The cd-rom was useless and I am disgusted for even purchasing it.

As for the reoccurring charges, there is no way for any of us customers to find these affiliates on the GrantWriter Pro site in order to cancel. Also, a simple web-based search results in no luck finding any of the affiliate sites either. How are we supposed to cancel something that has no information on it? Supposedly the GrantWriter Pro site states there is a number in the confirmation e-mail? What confirmation e-mail, never got one of those?
