We don't normally respond to any telemarketer other than reminding them that we are on a do-not call list. They usually hang up after that. I didn't agree to any service or product subscription.
This company drafted funds from my account without authorization. We have begun the process of a police report as well as a criminal investigation through our bank branch. This company needs to be shut down.
