Large rip-off aided and abetted by major cell phone companies Saint Louis Missouri internet

The rebate company doesn't answer their phone, and their links to my account are invalid. I believe this is a rip-off that should be a large concern of T-Mobile and Motorola Phone Co, as they have played their part in the sorry scheme.

My late husband purchased two Motorola Razr phones on 10/18 for $500. They were advertised as free after four rebates: two rebates of $100, and two rebates of $150. He very carefully followed all the small print, sending in the correct forms on December 20.

Subsequently he passed away in January. I kept up the correspondence as best I could by e-mail with www.whereismyorder.com. They sent me two notices on June 9, that my forms were processed and they would send more notices later of pending payments. On June 24, I called 866-800-4303 to get a payment date. They told me to expect payment in 8 weeks.

You guess it. Nothing, nada, zip, forget it, too bad.
