I became a victim to fraud when I checked my account and found that someone had taken money from my account. I was very upset and called my bank right away. I filed a fraud check claim and later they told me there was nothing they could do because when my account# was exposed to this company that was authorization to take money from my acct. I don't know how a bank can allow this type of action to happen without taking security measures. I'm a single parent and I don't know what to do, I pray someday soon people who do these crimes will pay for it. I never at no time authorize anyone to take money from my acct. Again as I stated before I'm a single parent, times is very hard and this has set my family back with problems and charges I didn't ask for. I contacted this company several times once I learned who they were and got no response from them.
