Ripoff, they sent me a post card stating i may be eligible for money that i could apply for from our government and would not have to repay it City

The postcard i reeived stated i could receive monies from our government and not have to repay it, the postcard i received is green and has the company name on it on one side and on the other side says urgentgram and then goes on to explain about free money, has a bar code on the bottom and a toll free number with the word urgentgram below it diagonally.
