I am a nurse, and I thought I would use this company to catch up on some educational credit hours I needed this year. That was a mistake!

After applying online for the $39.99 special offer with $10.00 "Instant Rebate" and taking a couple of courses, I printed out my certificates. The next night, I was denied access to the sight, and received a message saying my payment did not process.

I rechecked all of my information, and was given a second student number (Mind you I still had the same log on ID and password) Several days go by and I am unable to contact anyone to straighten out the duplicat ID #'s, meanwhile I am denied full access to the site.

Finally, I am checking my bank statement and see where this company not only duplicated my billing, they also didn't give me the special "Instant Rebate" offered, even though I followed the online instructions.

Instead I received a "Special Rip-Off" treatment!
I have sent several unanswered emails to the address provided on the website, as well as contacting the phone number provide by my bank. There is no contact number on the website.

The answering machine picks up and a male voice just says "leave a message at the beep" never naming the company, etc.

I have spoken to several other nurses who have had similar experiences with this company, and I just don't want anyone else to go through this.
