While looking on Careerbuilder for a part-time job, I came across what sounded like a very interesting job. Make $6000 - $9000 a month as a Company Representative. You would be this company's U.S. Rep. To receive checks from this company's customers and cash them at your local bank. You take 10% as your pay and send them the rest (90%) as a bank-to-bank transfer.
Sounds good until you realize the check they sent you doesn't clear the bank and they have their 90% and you now owe the bank hundreds of dollars for a bad check. The Sogerma E.A.D.S.inc. Makes it looks so official that they even send you an agreement and company policy statement. It's all fake. They say they'll never ask you for bank information or anything. Big Deal. They don't need your bank information if the scam works in their favor.
Don't do it. It'll only get you in big trouble.
