My husband and I was ripoff, cheated, betrayed, stolen our money in the amount of $6,382.50 by this company (TDW) The Discount Warehouse. We paid for 10 pallets of Sears Crafman Tools and in return we recieved 10 pallets of broken tools, missing parts in all tool boxes, the string on the lawn mowers were missing.
We could not krank up the lawn mowers. (TDW) sent us a bunch of junk. When contacting (TDW) The Discount Warehouse we could not get any response. My husband and left numerous of messages to Karla and Miguel. We never did here from them ever again. We took a great big lost dealing with these (CROOKS).
It is a shame this company is still in business ripping off customers. My husband and I is still suffering from losing all of our money.
The Discount Warehouse made us out of a joke!!
