I have read all the compliants regarding cash call and it seems there getting more and more as time goes by. They recieved a licensed not too long ago and have mislead so many consumer. The bbb shows they have over two hundred complaints as of july 25th. There employees are rude, they say one thing over the phone and do another. They offer to settle but never close the settlement.
Further, their attorney listed is not bob as the empoyees have mentioned. The attorney on file is daniel baren. The vp is hilary holand, and j. Raddam in the president. All of them do not have control of the employees tactics that i have experienced myself. I never recieved a contract in writing. Futher their settlement that i agreed to was never signed by them. Just further tactics to delay payment for the pocket.
So they need to be sued now i can ask all of you guys to help me.
