CASH NET MARKETING - INTERNET BANK SERVICES Someone name Kenny Specer called me and said I was being sued by cash net marketing. I looked this company up online and there's not such thing

I recieved a phone call from someone name Kenny Spencer who said he was calling from department of law and investigation. They said I was being sued from cash net marketing. I look this company up online and there's no such thing. I googled it and found other complaints from other people who went through the same thing. I didn't get as far as them asking for a settlement because I hung up on them. These are men with indian accents and american names.
