I ordered a Feng Shui Solutions book from Rochelle's website last March. When it arrived I discovered it was a packet of loose, cheap, zeroxed pages with little information.
This was misrepresented as a one time order for $19.95 but I have been billed every month for $19.95 (so far I have paid over $60). I can't cancel the charge because it was entered on my card as a monthly subscription.
I have emailed Rochelle (who has since changed her website address), written to her, and called her phone number but have gotten no response to any of my requests to cancel this monthly charge.
Right now I am working with my Visa card company to get this stopped but it is a nightmare.
