Ripoff prize calim letter with data fee of $25.99

I have been getting a lot of these kindes of letters.including the Huntington Prize Report. This one is from ARRO. The return address is ARRO, Expected From Sender, Special Attention Office, Proceeduring Matter, P.O. Box 9002, Bethpage, NY 11714-9002

I really have no idea how so many scam letters got my name and address. It has to be from the internet this one is for the amount of $1639000.00, with a data fee of $25.99.

If there were a real prize of money they could take the fee out of that check.
