They want to charge you 20 dollars to see if the form works. They do not give a web address or telephone number to be contacted. I found on web myself a report it is a scam of this company so I am adding mine. I have tried every search I can for a web address to go to their personal site and can only find a scam report on them. It starts out on letter I recieved, Did you recieve our entitelment award with reguard to the business of over $3,157, 003,40? Why would they say that if the letter I got supose to be the winning letter. Thanks Essie
