This appears to be the same Italian businessman that hit guys in California and in the UK. As I was parallel parking the guy pulled up next to me telling me he needed to talk to me. Then he went into the Italian thing with the suits and doing business and having to get to the airport. The only real difference was that this guy has a Red Chevrolet SUV with Connecticut plates. I could tell he was a shyster from the minute he opened his mouth. He muttered under his breath as I told him I was all set. I laughed.
