This company is are a bunch of bogus crooks. I plan on filing charges against this company. I already filled out a police report and contacted a lawyer.
Here is what happened to me.
I visited their website. I read the agreement very carefully and did see a charge of $159.95 that would be charged to my bank account. At this point i thought that it was ridiculous of me to pay $159.95 for a bull*it card.
After you read the agreement it takes you back to the application page. You have to electronically put in your name for the application to be approved. After seeing the fee of $159.95 i turned the other way and decided not to participate in their credit offer. On their web sites confirmation and electronic signature page there is nothing on the page that allows you to cancel your application. It's either you sign your name electronically or you close out the browser. A bunch of rip off crooks.
So i closed out the browser. Never signing my name to anything. This is illegal and criminal. This company will have their day in court. Lets put a stop to this now before more innocent hard working individuals fall victim. I am willing to put together a petition against this company. Let us put a stop to this criminal act.
