Bought cell phones online. Rebates required 180 days wait to submit. Submitted 4 rebates in time frame allowed.
1 out of 4 rebates were rejected. Received card in mail and called to find out what was needed. Faxed over all info immediately.
Repeatedly called to check status and documented each call made. Finally was told it was too late to do anything and my rebate has been denied.
I did everything that was required of me, and they have not sent me a dime. I am now out $400.00
