I have been trying to get a refund for the past week since their commercial said a "guaranteed money back within 30 days" and everytime I call them, all I keep getting is the automated machine. It keeps telling me that their call volume is very high and to try my call later. I have even emailed them and I still haven't got no response yet. Before you know it, my 30 days will be up soon.
