Etrade Using my Principal payment to pay interest ripoff

Dir Sir or Madam:

I, Moses, am writing to report CLC Consumer Service. I have written 3 different Check for total of $800.00 to pay for my Principal balance of my mortgage loan and they took the money and use it to pay my interest of the loan. Called and asked them make correction and use the money that I send to help pay for the principal and they refuse to do it.

Last month, I sent $200.00 to pay for my Principal bal and they did the same thing. To it and pay my interst payment. Please check this company for I believe that their business practice it corrupt. Please Let me know what is the matter.
