Debited $9.95 out of my checking account without authorization, ripoff

I noticed a month ago on my last bank statement a charge for 9.95 and did not think much of it until I received an overdraft charge for 9.95 for USA Benefits. I then went online and typed in USA Benefits and up popped a Rip Off report on them. I am going to my bank on Monday and reporting this because I have know idea how long this is has been coming out of my account.
