They did ok to start. 3 phones then they sent my customer the wrong color of phone. A phone that was not even on ther display page. I tried to contact 2 days later they said send invoice number. I did
2 more days I tried to contact they said sorry that they would contact warehouse. 2 more days I contacted them again this time raising hell.By this time my customer thinks I am trying to rip him off. I stayed in contact with him. Now my paypal has been locked up. Then they reply and ask me what the problem is
I replied again for the 4th time havent hear anything back yet probably will 2 more days. I had to buy the phone back from my customer, pay shipping, insurance, buy a money order cause my paypal is locked, and send it registered mail! By the time all this is over with I'll be broke.
I am disable along with my wife. I started this adventure to help with our medical bills and expences now it will take 6 mo to get back where I was to start with all beceause they don't have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Or just dont care. Beware of this co. It's playing russian roullette
