I received the letter and certificate in the mail, just as many others have. Naturally I was excited, what human being on Earth wouldn't be with news like this!?! I was going to send the $19.99 report fee in, but decided to check it out because it just seemed "to good to be true". I am glad I did research and found out this is a fraud.
I, as well as many other people who were put into the "emotional roller coaster" from this fraud, would like to see a class action lawsuit, or some other form of justice brought to these fradulent people.
I did not go to college to study law, so I do not know if I or anyone else has a case against this "company". But, I do wonder if the papers stating that I won the money can be considered a legal contract, and Huntington Prize Reports must be made to honor their letters.
If anyone knows the legal actions which can be taken in this matter, please reply to this post and let me know what can be done.
