The enrollment counselors (Mr Joe Whitcomb, in this case) at The University of Phoenix school have only one concern and that is making their quotas. Once they get your signature on the application, they could care less about you. Case in point: I went to the Culver City campus to apply to the school and all seemed to be well and good until Mr. Whitcomb was confronted with a simple data entry problem. After numeruos futile attempts to remedy the problem, Mr Whitcomb suggested that I complete the application a home. When I attempted to complete the application at home, I found that I could not because the system did not recognize the login info tha Mr. Whitcomb assigned to me. When I tried to call him his reply was "it's your problem — if you don't want be out of forty-five bucks then you figure it out & I'm BUSY" then he hung on me. Due to his lack of knowledge of the system, coupled with his lack of inter-personal skills I'm now out of $45.00 and they refuse to give me the application fee back even though it was their fault that I could not complete the process. If this is my first impression of this school, I certainly don't intend to spend the next three years of my life dealing with these idiots.
