I received my letter yesterday March 8 and I was skeptical about it, but sent the letter off for the free booklet anyway. I then looked it up to find out that it is a scam, and I thank all of you for reporting the fraud. Luckily, I know now what to expect from them and what steps to take, and if there is a class action suit, I'm 100% for it. I'll keep my letter as evidence.
