The return envelop in the letter is not paid for until it is returned to NV. If everyone who received this letter would send it back with no money they will get eat up with posal charges which might help stop the mailings.

Right now the only ones they are getting have $20.00 in them. They are making money. Lets send them back empty and they will pay the postage.
