I found a $10.00 fee billed on my credit card. I know that I only use my credit card to play on a game site and I know the fee. So I called the number to find out what it was.
When the guy from reservation rewards got on the phone, I told him that I was billed and wanted to know how it got on there. Awhile back, I had signed up for classmates.com and somehow through that site they got my CC# and billed it. I told him there is NO way that I would signed up for a site like reservation rewards and asked him to cancel "my membership", then asked if I would be credited the fee.
He then began to go on and on, in circles, about how it would be cancelled and tried to rush me off the phone. I, said "ok thats fine, but you never answered my question as to if I would get credit back, he said that it my CC would get the credit back in 3-5 days.
