I received what appeared to be like a telegram. Just out of sheer curiosity I decided to call. I spoke to a young man who sounded on the up and up. The only information I gave him was my name and address. Social security was not given, he did ask for a drivers license number which I gave a false one. After a few minutes of talking I inquired as to how this can be so that the government is given out grant, which in certain cases they do, but then came the charge for their services, I told him you must be out of your mind, in Massachusetts there are strict rules from the AG's office stating money or goods free are not charged for, so I told him that it was not right to charge money and that this company is crooked, he insisted they were legit and I said I had to think this over before I part with money for who knows what is going to come out of this he have me a number and to call and I did, he was on that number as well, he tried to disguise his voice and I caught hime off guard, and blasted the crap out of him he didn't respond, I told him get a real job and stop trying to swindle people out of their money, so if you out there get any information from Kennsington tear it up and forget it
