Ripoff-received three different notifications by mail that I had won over 3 million dollars, please send $20

I have received three different "notifications" from the company saying that I have wonn over 3 million dollars - (the amounts vary slightly in each letter).

It was difficult to find a catch to the letter, it never says "may have won"-it implies yjat you have definately won.

Also askd that you keep your winning very confidential-"tell no one"

It stated to enclose a fee of $20 as a report-release fee.
