Customer service is horrible. They have deceptive business practices. Refund money only as an account credit. Advertise some items as new and send refurbished. This company is bad bad business. They send partial orders then refuse to send rma numbers so you can return the order. Claim that the order was all there when it was shipped. Charge your credit card but don't send merchandise. Don't answer emails. No phone to contact a real person. Horrible nasty emails when they do contact you.
I will make sure that your company is closed for illicit business practices. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
As an investigator i have seen the worst of the worst, but i have to say this is the worst company i have ever dealt with.
I have reported this company to the la da's office, ftc, and to the bbb. I will file a report tomorrow for federal investigation of this company. Anyone who wishes to join me in the fight against them please email me.
