I find it funny there's been no rebuttal for me. I recieved a letter dated 10-10-05 after 1st payment made through midwest savers of 50 dollars, more than our agreement. The letter from sterling and king saying that if the account wasn't brought current that I would be forced to pay the full amount.
There was a payment of 50 dollars made on 9-26-05 which means the account was current. Then another payment was made 10-21-05 so thats not even a month later. My payments were on time just like we had agreed and now they are forcing full payment for the rest of the balance sounds like breach of contract to me.
Another word the so called contract you can't cancel out of I never signed up for their services on a lifetime basis so how do you get out of being billed an extra hundred dollars a yr for the rest of your life because it states you have to pay 100 a yr for membership renewal if I remember correctly.
I'm paying for something I can't and won't use due to the problems that have risen. I've given them around 600 dollars and never used the service. And to the lady who didn't save any money I'm pretty sure they said if you don't save as much as you invested in the first yr then they have to pay you your membership fee. Check into it. I know I wish they would send me a copy of the contract.
