National Award Commission - Public Relations Department -Paul Bishop - Prize Officer ripoff requested a check or money order for $11.89

I received an official looking letter stating I had won 1,000, 000.00 and requested that I send then a check or money order for $11.89, as fee for delivery of the special premium offer. (12-05). I had received two other notices of this type asking for $20.00. The first one I sent back and requested that they just substract the $20.00 from my 3,300, 000.00 and send me the rest. I never heard from them again.
