Stealing from my bank account! Charging Visa when NOT authorized to do so ripoff internet

I'm another victim of "free" creditreport.com Signed up in May for a "free" credit report and canceled within 4 days so as not to be charged. I check my bank account today and they've charged me $12.00. Here it is almost 5 months later. How dare they! The woman I talked to couldn't speak good English and was nearly impossible to understand. She was rude and no help. Don't ever ever ever be sucked in by this monstrous leech of a "free" credit report company.

I'm now going to file a complaint with my bank. I know 12.00 isn't much, but it's the principal behind it. Thieves should be stopped and punished.
