Before I recieved my phone bill I never heard of this company. My phone service says that they are powerless to change this charge of $16.21. Because I filled out some 2 pages 've never seen before. I guess I'm the liar here?
Anyway I contacted these people they said the charge will be credited to my bill. Meanwhile I have to pay for a service I never applied for, and never recieved. Is that in of itself legal? I'm going to sell my car but not let the buyer drive it and see what happens.
