I too have been charged without authorization by "cybernet". They claim that a glich in the system re-initiated billing to a site that I once signed up for (which I do not deny doing). However, I cancelled my subscription immediately and they even admitted that they had record of that.
It turns out that since August I have been billed $24.95 a month (3 times now). After calling the number listed in previous complaints, I reached a semi-foreign sounding woman who "assured me I would recieve a refund". How long will it take I asked? 1 to 7 days was the answer. I asked several times and even asked to speak to a supervisor. After the supervisor was placed on the phone, I am 99% sure that it was the same woman I spoke to in the first place trying to speak with a different accent. I confronted her on that, and she denied it but I smelled it on her that she was lying.
I will soon see if I recieve my $75 that they stole from me. I even threatened to file a lawsuit against them and she kept saying "i assure you will recieve your refund and your subscription has been cancelled". What subscription? What a bunch of crooks.
