UltraLife PM ripoff, canceled unathorized, unwanted shipments & debits, still keep coming

This was a message I sent to UltraLife today using the automatic pop-ups on their website (which of course has no trail to follow to prove I actually wrote them as they'll say...) regarding their scam:

I cannot believe the MOST unprofessional conversation I have just had with one of your phone representatives. Not only should you be ashamed of your business practices, but also for the curt, arrogant, and accusatory tone and insinuations made by your staff.

I signed up for the free trial of Ultralife PM knowing I had time to cancel the automatic shipments. That must have been what, 10 whole days? The original trial sample came about a week before the first automatic shipment so, yes it left my head to cancel.

Upon receipt of the first automatic shipment, I called your organization (using the number on my bank statement) and actually received a live voice. We discussed the situation. He explained that I could not be refunded for something already shipped, but would stop the next shipment and cancel my account making sure the next automatic debit did not occur.

No I cannot find the cancellation number that I was apparently given from several months ago. But I can probably locate an approximate date of my call. Your phone records will have that proof. Unless of course, you think I called the number and just stayed on the line for 10 minutes for fun.

Two more shipments and automatic debits have occurred. I have attempted to call (888) 255-0054 approximately 150 times to no avail. I've tried every day of the week, first thing in the morning, evenings, breaks, lunches Over the past 5 plus weeks. Your representative accused me of NOT calling. When I offered up the suggestion of pulling phone records he suggested I'm calling and hanging up and that I really haven't tried that hard. He berated me for not using the number on the back of the bottle or on your website. That first bottle is long gone (and no, not used), and I could not easily locate any of your apparent two emails to me months ago.

All I had to go on was the # listed on my bank statement and an Internet search which yielded a website sans phone contact information. I did email you however, from an address on that site without the courtesy of a response.

So, while your rep accused me of NOT really calling or making adequate attempts to contact you, you conveniently have no record of my first call months ago, give out a number that is NEVER answered, and don't respond to emails. That's called fraud.

I returned the shipment I received yesterday. Your rep informed me that I would not be credited the money as I agreed to a pre-payment authorization or something? It's about $135 worth of product I don't have or use for me that I did NOT authorize and canceled via a phone call to you folks. Nationwide you must be raking in millions a fraudulent shipment at a time.

I will take this further up the line with the Better Business Bureau or whatever government agency necessary in order to file a claim or charges against you with the intent to open up an investigation and class action suit.By then you'll probably be living in the Bahamas though...

What an oxymoron - an alleged FITNESS company causing so much grief. The insinuation that I falsified my attempts to STOP this process for me personally is inflammatory and defamation of my character.

I expect a refund of $89.80 and an apology.

Regards
