I had Ordered a Electronic Piano, Yamaha PSR 275 for $119.95 from www.netdropshipper.com on 09/12/05. I later on noticed the seller also sells refurbished items. The only way to know if the item ordered is a refurbished or not is if item number has ' (R)' explained only in FAQ section. No where in the product description. Upon realizing, I e-mailed on 09/13/05 them to cancel the order. Even though the item was neither picked up nor shipped as of 09/15, they kept responding that the item is already shipped and they cannot do anything. They suggested that I can refuse to accept the package but a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
I called up fedex on 09/15 afternoon if they can cancel the shipment. The fedex representative told me only shipper has the right to do so. I had no other way of communicating to the seller other than email I had given them my cell phone number to call but they never called. This shows lack of intension to resolve the issue in proper professional way.
I filed the following charges on BBB against the company thinking that I'll teach them a lesson.

1.intent of Selling items by presenting product description/facts in a deceiving manner.
2.intention of exhorting money under '20% restocking fee' for no service rendered.
3. Cheating the consumer with miss-information about the shipment of the product when the product was never shipped out.
Along with following fact/proofs of the case.

Is every customer required to to read FAQ? I pleaded to Seller to cancel & gave enough time to take the order back but seller didn't respond and shipped the item on 09/15.
Http://fedex.com/Tracking? Tracknumbers=488127730150929 The item was received by Fedex on 09/[email protected]. Seller responded item shipped on 09/14@13:52. Seller misinformed me! There is no RMA nor did i ever get the product or opened it. Why 20% restocking fee?

Guess what, BBB (www.labbb.org) never anything about it. All they did is facilitated email exchanges between me and the company. They worked more like an email-exchange-server!!!
The company's response was
"Our return policy clearly explains about the restocking fee. You have failed to do your research. This order could have been shipped to someone who knew what they were purchasing. Unfrtunately, we are unable to void the restocking fee."
I tried to teach them English (for free ofcourse:-) and tried to make them understand that "cancelled" is different from "RETURNED". Their policy does not talk about cancelled items/orders.
BBB was soldout to them. The company rating (which was C before filing) is showing "NR = Bureau is conducting system maintenance" for the last 1 week. What kind of maintance affecting only this company.
Till date i have not received a single penny back on my purchase and no item in hand. What can consumers like me do in such case.
I have read a lot of complaints against netdropshipper on this board. Thougth i'll put express my experience so that if anyone who is thinking to do any business does not have to suffer the same. Also would like to ask netdropshipper who those 1000s of customer were they talking about.
NETDROPSHIPPER.com is operating by come crooks with only one intention. Cheating. DISHONESTY!!!
Such CROOKS such be severely punished for harrassing people.
I'm not going to sit quietly on this. If many who have suffered in hands of netdropshipper.com are willing to file a class-action case against them. COUNT ME IN!!! I'M READY TO SPEND DOUBLE THEN WHAT I LOST; TO TEACH THEM A LESSON!
