Ripoff charged me twice at $4.95 for being on site once-phone number switches NEW YORK

After visiting the World Web Access site for approximately 1 minute I was gone to another site, never joined their website and was charged for being there.

I was charged on 8/21/05 at$4.95 and again on 9/18/05 at $4.95 on my credit card.

They ripped me off in that I never used the site.
