I received an email on 8/3/05 with congratulations from staff that I'd won $2,500, 000 USD in the British Lottery International. Gave name of David Morret, 4156189324 (?), AgentID-110.
Received another email congratulating me again from staff. It was signed by Rex McCarthy, Dir. Of Finance. I was given these numbers: 56475600545 -188, Serial#5388102, winning #'s 7-14-18-31-45. Gave tel#447031949084 and 448700685847 fax#. I tried to fax the info he asked for to no avail (it wouldn't go through). The UPS office was faxing it to Britain or England (that's where the area code was to). I tried calling that phone# and always got an answering machine. I left several messages, but never got a call back.
He had said when they received the info requested, (name, nationality, DOB, SEX, Marital Status, Contact Addr., Tel#, Occupation, Brief description of company/individual, winning email addr., winning numbers and total amt. Won), then I would receive a certificate to be released to my bank with my winnings.
I've never heard anymore.
