I ordered online, they charged my card immediately (usually you get the final screen to tell you tax and shipping charges), it's been 20 days and still no product. They didn't offer a tracking number. The 800 number transfers to an answering service with a blank voice ID that says the "voice mailbox is full." the fax machine does seem to pick up, but there are no other responses, including emails. I'm only in $100, but it just seems so wrong. Had a very professional looking website, thought everything was legit. Feel betrayed and want some kind of reprisal action and refund.
