Hartford auto club, mega minute calling card ripoff

I was stupid enough to fall for the pre-approved letter and sent in my $39.00. And 3 months later im still paying. They got my checking account # off my check and debits started coming out of my checking account. So far it has coust me $216.00. That is not counting the ton of bounced checks because of all of the debits.
