This is scam calling students and their parents
Their claims are that they guarantee a scholarship or grant to you if you send them $269 in US Currency. Though their information given states they are from Mesquite, NV the voices on the other end of the line have a distinct Indian accent. They are listed at

Over the phone they claim to be a part of the FTC and Better Business Bureau, however both of these consumer watch organization clam that as a falsehood.
The local BBB recently published in newspapers and other media that the company is a scam and forewarns people against communication with these individuals.
Please advise your Student and their Parents that this company is a scam trying to get credit card numbers and money
Additionally after a local. Google.com search of the map for the address above, it was made clear there is no Sandhills Rd.in Mesquite, NV there is a Sandhills Blvd.

A parcel service who packages and ships items for people. They also rent out mailboxes to people which is where the scam artists decide to place things rather than at a P.O. Box that would look a little more obvious.
