I found a 89.99$ charge onmy statement for TLG shoppers advantage. Having no idea what this is I called the phone number associated with the charge. They could not find me or my wife or my address or my credit card in their system. Their answer was to have me fax in my bank statement which stated EVERYTHING I had already told them, I asked how this was going to help given I have already given them the information that is on the statement so how is it going to help to see it with your own eyes. They insisted on faxing it in. Even after speaking with India, Natasha, and the Supervisor Tony.
