I am very frustrated with this company. I was looking for several employees, she came into the office did her dog and pony show... And wa-la... Could not perform even the easiest task. She promised this that and the other and could not come through.
Its almost like she called these people and said please come into my office I have a job for you... When they got there she had them stick out their arm... To see if there was a pulse... And wa-la again, they had a job. To her it didn't matter if they had experience, if they met our qualifications, whether or not they had transportation or criminal history.
She sent what she wanted, not what my company requested. That is why I came to this website, like several others. I want to put this woman out of business. I probably won't need much help because at the rate she is going, she will do it herself.
Eachtime I called she was never in the office. Rarely could I even get someone... It always seems to be the VM. She overcharged me... Sent a temp, they didn't work out, because they had a criminal history so I requested to be reimbursed for that quack. She would not give the money back. She cleary doesn't care about anything else, other than making a few dollars for herself.
She doesn't care about her temps, she laughs at them, pokes ofun of them to me. And she seems to think she is superior to others. I wonder if she has ever heard of the word GRANDIOSE??? That explains this woman to a T.
One of her past co-workers. Who just got my business and I am very happy with the young woman told me while working with beckwith... She would get blamed for her mistakes. Tammy would tell her..."you taked the blame for me, the bosss thinks your young, cute and innocent, and if he finds out its me I will be fired" How dare she lay that guilt on a young woman.
She has no friends her age, only young ones. As far as I know its either friends or family who work for her. I hear her son can't keep a job, and MOMMY has always provided him with work. Her best friend even had to fire him because he whined all of the time and thought he could come and go as he pleased because MOMMY would protect him. Her daughter is a coke & crack head... Do you blame her with a mother like that?
I understand completely why people think what they do about this woman. She is a manipulater, compulsive liar, dictator, grandiostic, disombobulated, arrogant (wonder why) psycho. The lady who used to work with her told me she would come into the office daily begging for compliments... By saything things like, Oh I look so fat in this, oh this outfit is so ugly Im going home to change at lunch, oh my hair looks so bad, oh my makeup doesnt match my clothes... Etc... Just to get people to say oh tammy you look wonderful.
How sad when you have to beg for compliments, there is an obvious reason why you don't get them... And like the other said... She looks like an orange grandma with that fake tanning lotion. My god... Does she really think it looks good with the 10 coats of coverup on her face? As a man... I am disturbed that her husband can even look at her at the end of the day.
She claims to have Cancer, Lupus, Chrones. Every disease imaginable... Always sick. Well maybe she does because what goes around comes around. Bad things happen to bad people... Im sure she has carried this behavior most of her life... Begging for friendship and compliments because she has no personality to keep her friends. She buys them, has employees watch her children and if they don't, they get fired from the office.
Call her company... Help me tell this woman what a sick monster she is. Its sad that what she doesn seems to be legal. Until the IRS gets in touch with her... Guess she will learn she has to obide by the rules likes everyother business... No paying under the table is accepted... Oh she will get what is coming to her.
If anyone knows her please post a message... 8 of us has a class action lawsuit againt this woman and her company. No one has been pleased with her service... Her "fake business" that she runs out of her home. Where she invites clients. It sticks out like a soar thumb coming down thew road. So friends, help me to put this woman on the street where she belongs, after all that is where she puts her children.
