Ripoff wants me to send $11.89 premium fee, claims i may have won $1,000, 000.00 reply requested in 7 days i sent $0

Asked for $11.89 in premium fee - i havent and wont send anything. Claims i may have won a million dollars and a purchase wont improve my chance of winning. Well, what is the $11.89 for??? I just wanted to put them out there! (they dint try to sell me anything)
