On June 29 I recived a letter from LVAAP. The letter said, I had won a cash amount of over $3,341, 006,00. To claim it I had to send $20,00 for a report-release. On July 26 I received another letter frome LVAAP identical to the previous letter. That's when I knew I had been scammed.
